Paul Bramley
Paul started Metrosol Limited in 2004 and
is responsible for providing the strategic direction
for the business, the management of development projects
and electronics/software design. Having graduated
in Electrical Sciences from Cambridge University,
he has spent his career in instrument design, the
majority of which being the technical director in
temperature metrology companies.

Jeremy Gill
Jeremy has been with the company since the
beginning, having previously worked in temperature
metrology research and development for over 40 years.
He is responsible for the mechanical design, product
assembly and QA.

Robbie Crabtree
Robbie joined Metrosol in 2025 to continue
the development of the Practical Johnson Noise Thermometer
as our Electronic Design Engineer.)

Daniel Green
Dan is our first apprentice and joined Metrosol
in 2020 after just finishing his GCSEs. He will progress
to help the development in future mechanical designs
and product assembly.
